Fly in or catch the Nordlandsbanen train from Trondheim and enjoy peaceful countryside views. You can also board the Hurtigrute ship and sail along the world’s most beautiful coastline before disembarking in Bodø. When ready to leave, you can catch the Hurtigrute ship or fast passenger boat to destinations along the coast. Widerøe’s STOL airport network ensures that places like Svolvær, Narvik, Brønnøysund and Røst are less than an hour away. And there are direct flights to Tromsø, Bergen and Rygge.
